Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation throughout each shift
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
- Communicate and work closely with other kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Complete assigned prep work, opening/closing duties, and kitchen cleaning tasks
- Assist with receiving, rotating, and properly storing food and kitchen supplies
