Full job description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery & Installer to transport, deliver, and professionally install products at customer locations. This role combines safe driving, hands-on installation, and customer service to ensure a smooth and positive experience from delivery to setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver products to customer locations
- Install products according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Inspect products before and after installation to ensure quality and functionality
- Communicate professionally with customers, answering basic questions and providing usage guidance when needed
- Accurately complete delivery and installation documentation
- Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition
- Report any damages, issues, or delays promptly to management
- Work as part of a team to meet daily schedules and deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Class E driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous delivery, installation, or handyman experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically up to 50–75 lbs)
- Basic mechanical or technical skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and climbing
- Work performed in homes, businesses, and outdoor environments
- Monday-Friday but may require weekend or extended hours depending on delivery schedules
