Lift Operator (Scissor/Boom Lift)

Job Title: Lift Operator (Scissor/Aerial/Boom Lift) – Immediate Hire

Project Duration: 4 weeks (with possible extension)

About the Role:

36T Services is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Lift Operator to support interior cleaning operations on a large warehouse project. The ideal candidate will have experience operating scissor, aerial and boom lifts in a construction setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts to access elevated ductwork, walls, interior and exterior windows and structure
• Safely navigate and maneuver lift equipment around active job site
• Assist cleaning crew with overhead tasks while working from the platform
• Perform daily equipment inspections and log usage
• Manage equipment with limited supervision
• Follow all site safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Remove construction debris
• Wipe down dock stanchions and dock levelers
• Vacuum clean all girts and horizontal steel on walls
• Wipe down all X-bracing
• Clean all light fixtures
• Clean and dust off all exterior duct work
• Clean and wipe down all poles
• Wipe down all pipes

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating both scissor, aerial and boom lifts
• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 50 ft
• Strong awareness of surroundings and ability to spot site hazards
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/work for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the site

Preferred:

• Valid MEWP or aerial lift certification (ANSI A92.22 / OSHA-compliant)
• OSHA 10 certification
• Previous work on construction or final clean-up crews

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
