365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional dry van fleet. You’ll start with paid one-on-one mentor training, earn weekly pay while you train, and move into your own assigned truck after successfully completing the program.
This is a full-time regional position with no-touch freight, steady support, and weekly or bi-weekly home time available.
What You’ll Earn
- $850 per week during paid mentor training
- Expected solo earnings after training: $1,600-$1,800 per week

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
- Satisfactory driving record
- Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
