Once you've successfully completed training, you'll move into your own truck and can earn $1,600-$1,800 per week.

What You'll Do
During training, you'll ride with an experienced driver who will help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed on your own.
You'll learn:
- Safe driving and trip planning
- Pickups and deliveries
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communication with dispatch
- Everyday responsibilities of an over-the-road driver
After successfully completing the mentor program, you'll transition into your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.
What We're Looking For

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean MVR
- Meet DOT qualification requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Safety-focused and dependable
