Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 / hour
Duration: Temp-to-Perm (6-month conversion window)
Role Overview
Support high-volume hiring for a leading industrial firm. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both corporate headquarters and multi-state field teams (AZ & CA), ensuring data accuracy and a professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage job postings, schedule interviews, and conduct initial phone screens.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Process background checks and drug screens; ensure I-9 compliance for AZ and CA.
- ATS Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System and manage candidate documentation.
- Reporting: Track and report on recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with third-party staffing agencies to fulfill workforce needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or HR administration.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and ATS platforms.
- Compliance: Knowledge of multi-state hiring regulations preferred.
- Skills: High attention to detail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, Monday–Friday.
