This is a full-time, on-site role based in Compton, CA, for an Import and Export Freight Forwarding Manager. The role involves overseeing import and export operations, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining smooth logistics workflows. The selected candidate will lead communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee timely and cost-effective shipments. - Strong knowledge and experience in Import, Export, and International Trade
- Familiarity with Export Documentation and compliance with international trade regulations
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proven problem-solving ability in logistics and freight forwarding
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with logistics software and tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field is an advantage
- Prior professional experience in a freight forwarding or logistics management role is highly desirable
