Cleaning Day Porter

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual for the DAY PORTER Position at a office building in North Charleston. An individual who takes pride and ownership in their work. A dependable team member who is detail oriented and able to work independently.

DAY TIME POSITION - 10:00am - 2:00pm Monday thru Friday

Job Duties:

• Ability to work around facility tenants.
• Sweep or Vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap
• Clean entrance glass and other interior and exterior door glass.
• Remove trash from containers inside and exterior surrounding areas of building , replace torn or soiled liners.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
• Clean exterior employee lounging area.
• Work effectively with other team members, restocking supplies for evening crew.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures - including safety, door lock, time & attendance and uniform policies
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work independently, minimum supervision
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
