The Medical Massage Therapist provides therapeutic, corrective, and clinical bodywork to clients with the goal of reducing pain, improving function, and supporting overall wellness. This role focuses on medically directed or problem-focused massage rather than purely relaxation-based treatment. Perform clinical and therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, prenatal (if certified), and assisted stretching.Conduct thorough client consultations, including reviewing health history, discussing goals, and assessing problem areas.Develop and document personalized treatment plans based on client needs and provider recommendations.Maintain detailed, compliant treatment notes within the spa’s charting/EMR system.Collaborate with nurse injectors, estheticians, and medical providers to support client care.Provide aftercare education and recommend follow-up treatments or home care.Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism of treatment rooms.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and cross-promotional opportunities.Assist with client retention efforts, including rebooking and communicating treatment series recommendations.(Optional based on your KPIs) Occasionally assist with social media content, showcasing techniques or wellness education.Company Description360 Wellness Med Spa is a modern, patient-focused aesthetic and wellness center dedicated to helping women and men feel confidently refreshed, restored, and humbly beautiful.
