What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce QA Tester position at 360 Technology?
We are seeking a Salesforce QA Tester with strong automation experience to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce applications across multiple clouds. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce functional testing, automation frameworks, integration testing, and Agile delivery models, with the ability to collaborate closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Manual Testing
- Perform end-to-end functional testing for Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations.
- Validate business workflows, custom objects, Apex triggers, workflows, flows, and Lightning components.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrices based on business and technical requirements.
- Conduct System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support.
Automation Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Implement and enhance automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
- Automate regression suites and ensure coverage for critical Salesforce functionalities.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Salesforce-Specific Testing
- Test Salesforce configurations including profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, workflows, flows, and approvals.
- Validate Lightning Experience (LWC/Aura) and Classic UI components.
- Perform testing on Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external systems.
