Role Description : IT Product Manager
Location : Parsippany, NJ
Position : Hybrid
As the Product Manager, you will be the product manager responsible for customer journeys such as Billing, HR, Revenue Management, Procurement & other Business Units.
You will work closely with departments across UPS including Marketing, IT, Revenue Management, HR, Treasury, Finance & Accounting. You will be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, budget, and competitive analysis for the product.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in product design, technology, or related field
Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting
Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams
PI Planning Experience
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
Proficient with MS Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Desired Certifications:
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
