Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to deliver product features that meet business and customer needs.
• Translate business strategies into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Participate in product discovery to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Support sprint planning, product reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide iterative improvements.
• Assist in defining success metrics and tracking product outcomes.
• Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a tech or retail environment.
• Exposure to user research and A/B testing methodologies.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture is a plus.
• Passion for technology, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
