THE ROLE
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while serving as a true brand ambassador
- Build and maintain a loyal client book through proactive outreach, styling appointments, and relationship management
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall boutique performance
- Develop expert product knowledge to confidently communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections
- Utilize CRM tools to strengthen client relationships, drive repeat business, and support boutique events
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and operational excellence
- Support daily boutique operations, including inventory management, replenishment, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures
PERSONAL PROFILE
- 1-3 years of experience within luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships
- Strong sales mindset with experience working toward individual and boutique sales goals
- Passion for fashion, design, craftsmanship, and contemporary culture
- Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional presentation
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a team-first mentality
- Confident using CRM tools, POS systems, and retail technology
