We are partnering with a prestigious international luxury menswear house to hire a Client Advisor for its Washington, DC boutique.

This is an exciting opportunity to join team within a highly elevated and relationship-driven retail environment. We are looking for someone polished, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to a discerning clientele.

The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients while providing a highly personalized shopping experience. You will represent the house with professionalism, warmth, and impeccable attention to detail.

You will:

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience from initial introduction through after-sales follow-up
• Develop and maintain a strong client book through thoughtful outreach, appointments, and relationship building
• Drive individual and boutique sales goals through exceptional product knowledge and clienteling
• Develop an understanding of clients’ wardrobes, preferences, and lifestyles to provide tailored recommendations
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, grooming, and professionalism
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique consistently reflects luxury standards
• Partner closely with a small, collaborative team to create an exceptional experience for every client
• Develop strong knowledge of luxury menswear, craftsmanship, fabrics, and product

Who We’re Looking For

You are polished, sophisticated, and naturally relationship-oriented. You understand that true luxury service is about discretion, attention to detail, and creating long-term client relationships rather than simply completing a transaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium menswear, tailoring, hospitality, or another high-touch client environment
• A strong understanding of elevated customer service and clienteling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished, professional presentation
• Confidence working with discerning and high-profile clientele
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and quality
• A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a small, close-knit boutique team

Compensation

$26–$30/hour commission, depending on experience.
