Floral Event Designer

360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a fast-paced, high-end floral design company renowned for creating exquisite floral arrangements and installations. Our client prides themselves on innovative designs, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. Their team is passionate about bringing beauty and elegance to every event they touch.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Floral Event Designer to join their talented team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a keen eye for design, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. In this role, you will work closely with clients to bring their visions to life, designing and executing stunning floral events and installations.

Location: Long Island City, NY

Pay: $60,000-$80,000

As a Floral Event Designer you will:

• Lead client consultations, develop proposals, and create design boards.
• Maintain ongoing client communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Conceptualize and execute high-end event design projects using colors, floral and textural materials, and vessels, while adhering to brand aesthetics and budget constraints.
• Provide high-end service to client accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and venues, addressing both their needs and the needs of their customers.
• Lead and participate in the execution and setup of installations and events.
• Create floral recipes based on the aesthetic and requirements of each project.
• Coordinate logistics with venues and other vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  
  
  

Must Haves:

• 5 years of experience as a high end/high touch floral designer, working directly with clients and using software to plan events
• Creative and analytical thinking
