You will work with an outpatient orthopedic population while continuing to strengthen your skills in manual therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, clinical reasoning, and progressive rehabilitation.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist at 360 Sports Medicine & Spine Therapy, you will:

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
• Assess mobility, strength, movement quality, functional limitations, and patient goals
• Develop individualized and goal-focused plans of care
• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, movement retraining, and patient education when clinically appropriate
• Progress treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient response, and measurable functional improvement
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, movement confidence, physical function, and overall quality of life
• Educate patients about their condition, recovery process, home programming, and long-term movement health
• Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation toward work, recreation, exercise, and everyday activities
• Complete accurate and timely evaluations, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• Communicate clearly with patients, teammates, referral partners, and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide a consistent, high-quality patient experience
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and growth-focused clinic culture
