What You Will Do
As a Physical Therapist at 360 Sports Medicine & Spine Therapy, you will:
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Assess mobility, strength, movement quality, functional limitations, and patient goals.
- Develop individualized, goal-focused plans of care.
- Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy.
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, movement retraining, and patient education as appropriate.
- Progress treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient response, and measurable functional improvement.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, movement confidence, physical function, and overall quality of life.
- Educate patients about their condition, recovery process, home programming, and long-term movement health.
- Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation toward work, recreation, exercise, and everyday activities.
- Complete accurate and timely evaluations, progress notes, and clinical documentation.
- Communicate clearly with patients, teammates, referral partners, and other healthcare professionals.
