Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Technical Customer Service at 360 SOC, located in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves overseeing technical customer service operations, ensuring high-quality support for clients, developing service strategies, and leading a team of technical support specialists in resolving customer issues.

Qualifications

  • Technical customer service experience
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and MDR services
  • Experience in managing a team of technical support specialists
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., CompTIA Security , CISSP) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
