Our client is an established Food Distribution/CPG company seeking Regional Sales Leaders in five key markets: Greensboro, NC; Greater Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; and Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must currently live within their respective market, as relocation is not provided.
These leadership roles are responsible for executing regional sales strategies, coaching and developing sales talent, expanding key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across the assigned territory. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team.
- Drive sales growth through strategic account management and business development.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience within Food Manufacturing/Distribution, or CPG
- Demonstrated success developing sales teams and growing customer relationships.
- Strong business development, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
