Our client is looking for a strategic, growth-minded Chief Financial Officer to join a successful multi-site industrial business where performance and care for employees go hand in hand. Based in Columbus, OH, the CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, providing financial guidance and shaping business strategy. With oversight of all financial operations, this leader will play a critical role in driving profitability and guiding the company’s future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with leadership and operations on business strategy, performance, and capital planning.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.
- Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Lead ERP implementation and improvements to financial systems and processes.
- Build meaningful KPIs and reporting to guide decisions and drive accountability.
- Develop the accounting team and support a culture that values employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA/Public accounting experience preferred.
- Financial leadership experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment, including costing, controlling, and FP&A.
- Strong operational P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management experience.
- Proven ability to work closely with commercial and operations leaders.
- ERP implementation experience.
- Ability to build trust and effective relationships throughout the business.
Salary : $200,000 - $305,000
