What You’ll Do
As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you’ll take ownership of key parts of our user experience, from dashboards and reporting tools to administrative views. You’ll work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver secure, high-quality code that scales.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain privacy-first, accessible, and performant UIs using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to front-end best practices
- Help evolve front-end architecture and component libraries
- Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) thoughtfully in prototyping and testing
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers when opportunities arise
This is a high-impact role — your work directly improves the safety and privacy of real users.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of professional front-end development experience
- Strong proficiency with React, including React Hooks and component patterns
- Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, performance tuning, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Experience with REST API integration
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability principles (WCAG, ARIA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, or Storybook
- Familiarity with Python backends (FastAPI, Flask,Django)
- Experience contributing to internal design systems or component libraries
- Background in privacy tech, security, or regulated environments
