Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and bookkeeping tasks using our Property Management software to ensure accurate financial records.
- Audit Credit Card expenditures
- Communicate with each department regarding their spending needs and coordinate with appropriate parties to ensure those needs are met.
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Monthly Reporting
- Attend Monthly finance meetings via Zoom
- Accounts payable duties to include Bank Deposits
- Accounts payable duties to include ensuring all bills and invoices are paid on time.
- Year end tax reporting and issuance of 1099 tax forms
- Approval and data entry of weekly payroll
- Assist with additional basic bookkeeping responsibilities to support the finance team’s daily operations.
Skills
- Ability and desire to learn the property management software we use.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office environment.
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred; familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and data entry is essential.
- Strong customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette when managing multi-line phone systems or front desk interactions.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy in all responsibilities.
