What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grain Originator position at 360 Agriculture?
A profitable, well respected grain elevator with a track record of success for farms and repuation for customer service is looking to bring on a well spoken and farm passionate grain originator. This person should have a solid background in farming and/or grain and have excellent communication skills. An associate's or bachelor's degree based in agriculture is ideal or relevant industry experience. Candidates just graduating college or recently graduated with a desire to get started in grain marketing are encouraged to apply!
Pay will be based off of experience and include a solid base salary commissions/bonus, full benefits that include health insurance and paid time off and an attractive retirement plan. (60k to 70k to start)
