About the Role:
Be the face of our hotel! As a Lobby Attendant / Public Areas team member, you’ll help keep our hotel clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest. This is a fast-paced, physical role with plenty of interaction with guests and associates.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public spaces
- Strip rooms and reset carts with linens and trash as needed
- Support team members across departments when requested
- Interact with guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physically active and able to lift, carry, and push items as needed
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong teamwork skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is a plus
