Project Manager (Power Distribution) We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager in the Los Angeles area. This is a hybrid position which requires going into the office 1 or 2 days a week. This position requires working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Duties and ResponsibilitiesExperience demonstrating the ability to gather requirements, support development of project plans and manage schedules for power distribution projectsAbility to manage schedules, track progress, and contribute to the execution of the deliverablesManage budget, planning, measuring, monitoring, executing, and reportingResponsible for financial tracking, benefits realization calculations along with performance reportingMust have experience with formal project management methodologies, including scheduling, risk assessment, and resource allocation Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Engineering or related fieldOne to three years’ experience coordinating or managing small to medium projects or product workstreamsSeven years’ experience leading cross functional teams and overseeing complex projects to include three years’ supporting power distribution projectsProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera, and SAPExceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities as this position works closely with a teamProficiency in budgeting and cost analysisProject Manager must possess a thorough understanding of policies and power distribution procedures using data driven strategies to plan and monitor progressKnowledge of power distribution operations and related business practices is strongly desired (Project Management, Power Distribution, Utilities, schedules, Microsoft Office, SAP, Primavera)Company DescriptionAbout us:347 Group, Inc. provides staffing resources to a variety of industries.
