We have an immediate need for an Onboarding Specialist that will be responsible for setting up all required company access and equipment for new employees. This is a hybrid position which requires in office two days a week. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAbility to provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for onboarding employees and contingent workers in the engineering departmentAbility to ensure all onboard and access activities comply with the established security, compliance, and access governance requirementsAbility to work in a team environment, working with the hiring manager to review, validate job templates and ensure provisioning requests are accurate and complete for the employees first dayThis position will be responsible for managing access and coordinating closely with IT and cross functioning departmentsAbility to update vital reports and records, manage incoming requests, run weekly reports and support team with lingering requestsCustomer focused approach is critical as these positions support new and existing employees Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentThree to five years with onboarding experience and activating IT software and toolsProficient using Microsoft applicationsHelix/Remedy, and other onboarding tools desiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with the hiring managers and IT teamsHigh level of attention to detail with excellent organization and collaboration skills to effectively manage the onboarding processMust have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be requiredCompensation based on experience IT, Onboarding, problem solver, Helix/Remedy, MS Office Suite, Engineering, utilitiesCompany DescriptionAbout us:347 Group, Inc. provides staffing resources to a variety of industries.
