At 33 Health, we believe therapy should be personal, meaningful, and fun. We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Apex, NC and provide one-on-one outpatient therapy services within an Independent Living community.
This is not your typical OT role.

In this role, you will:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services
- Address ADLs, IADLs, safety, functional mobility, cognition, strength, and overall independence
- Collaborate with community staff to support aging in place
- Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Supervise COTAs as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active North Carolina OT license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to work with older adults
