About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Provision Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of supplies essential to our daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in ensuring timely processing of requisitions and delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and maintain inventory levels of provisions and supplies
- Source, purchase, and negotiate with vendors for quality goods at competitive prices
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure goods meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to forecast supply needs
- Correspond with customers to coordinate delivery of goods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in procurement, supply management, logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
This position is hourly, starting at $20 - 22/hour. Our client is looking for someone to start before the new year.
