What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership skills — able to direct vendors, contractors, and coordinate across the team
- Project management experience, especially running turnovers on a timeline and budget
- Strong customer support instincts — calm, responsive, solution-oriented with tenants
- Leasing experience (apartments or residential rentals)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable wearing many hats — from hands-on maintenance to property management
- Good communicator with tenants, owners, and vendors
- Basic handyman/maintenance ability (or willingness to learn/coordinate contractors)
- Familiarity with property management software / organizational software
- Self-starter who can manage priorities without heavy oversight
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to be on call on a LIMITED, rotating basis for urgent tenant needs
