Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fast Food Team Member role based in Allen Park, MI. The Fast Food Team Member prepares and assembles menu items, follows food safety and cleanliness standards, and ensures orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Daily responsibilities include taking customer orders, processing payments, operating kitchen equipment, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean dining and kitchen area. Team members work closely with colleagues to provide friendly, efficient service during peak hours and assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform food preparation tasks, including assembling sliders and other menu items, following recipes and portion standards.
• Experience or comfort with food service and food & beverage operations, such as order taking, serving, and handling basic kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety practices, including proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle busy periods, and provide a friendly guest experience.
• Reliability in attendance, ability to stand for extended periods, and capability to lift and carry moderate weights as part of daily duties.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
• Previous experience in fast food or restaurant environments is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
