Marketing Manager

30hop Group is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team! We’re looking for an organized, creative marketer who knows how to bring campaigns to life, connect with guests, and keep multiple brands moving forward.

You'll manage social media, email, text marketing, loyalty programs, and local marketing initiatives across 30hop, Tribute Eatery & Bar, and Iowa Athletic Club. From planning campaigns and engaging with guests to supporting restaurant events, you'll help make sure our brands show up consistently and connect with the communities we serve.

Salary: $60,000 to $69,000/year based on experience

Responsibilities

• Manage social media for 30hop, Tribute Eatery & Bar, and Iowa Athletic Club, including content calendars, publishing, comments, direct messages, and maintaining each brand's voice.
• Manage email, text marketing, and loyalty programs, including campaign calendars, audience segmentation, automated messaging, and list growth.
• Partner with the General Manager’s at four selected restaurant locations to develop, plan, and promote local events and community initiatives.
• Maintain accurate Google Business listings for every location, including hours, photos, event updates, and guest questions.
• Execute marketing campaigns on schedule, ensuring social posts, emails, listings, and website updates are ready in advance.
• Communicate content and asset needs to the creative team ahead of upcoming campaigns.
• Build the guest contact list for the new Fishers, Indiana location ahead of its opening and support guest list growth for future restaurant openings.
• Prepare one monthly marketing performance report.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or marketing manager role.
• Experience managing social media for a multi-location brand.
• Experience managing email marketing through platforms such as Toast, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
• Experience planning and executing events, including being onsite during events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and multiple brands.
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, with Toast experience considered a plus.
• Located in any of the states where 30hop Group operates.
• Ability to travel to four assigned restaurant locations approximately once per quarter.
  
  

How we'll know it's working: Social content is published on schedule across all brands, email and text audiences are growing, email open and click rates are tracked, store marketing plans and recaps are delivered on time, and local events and partnerships are consistently executed.
