Schedule & Availability
- Part-time position
- Night and weekend availability required
- 50% off employee meals during scheduled shifts

- Oversee food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Provide coaching and feedback to kitchen team members
- Monitor kitchen operations to support efficiency and control food waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen
- Communicate with the Executive Chef and restaurant management to ensure smooth and timely service
- Complete required kitchen documentation and operational records
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous professional kitchen experience required
- Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Night and weekend availability required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable working around heat, steam, and commercial kitchen equipment
