Position Overview:
As a Cashier at 30 Burgers, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is to provide excellent customer service while accurately handling transactions and keeping the front counter area clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take orders accurately in-person and via phone/delivery apps
- Operate POS system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments
- Answer questions about the menu and promotions
- Ensure accuracy of orders before passing to kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized counter, dining area, and condiment station
- Assist with stocking supplies and light cleaning duties as needed
- Work as part of a team to deliver a great guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (but not required – we provide training)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.49 - $16.00 per hour
