Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. As a Millwright Crew leader, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other equipment to lift, move, and position heavy machinery and materials on job sites. Safety, precision, and efficiency are essential in this role. Wage DOE - Periodic reviews

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, rigging equipment, jacks, and skates to move materials, equipment, and machinery according to job site requirements.
• Participate in Rigging / Millwright deployments that involve forklift, gantry crane and other specialized tools / equipment.
• Be involved in maintenance and repair of Pro Lift equipment by adhering to a strict inspection method and helping in shop projects when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards during operations.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Secure loads and perform rigging tasks to ensure safe lifting and movement of materials.
• Work closely with the team on the job site to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Adhere to project timelines and schedules, completing operations efficiently and on time.
• Maintain accurate records of all operations, including lift plans, daily logs, and maintenance records.
• Monitor and adjust operations as necessary to ensure load stability and safety.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including maintenance and service requirements for the equipment.
