Position Overview
Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront is seeking an energetic and service-driven Valet Supervisor to lead our valet team and deliver an exceptional arrival and departure experience for our guests. This role is responsible for supervising daily valet operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, and upholding Hilton and Shamin Hotels’ service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support valet attendants during assigned shifts

Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional guest service at all times

Oversee vehicle flow, parking logistics, and traffic management

Train, coach, and motivate valet team members

Monitor performance standards and ensure adherence to company policies

Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally

Maintain accurate key control and vehicle logs

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and loss prevention standards

Assist with scheduling and daily shift assignments

Step in to park and retrieve vehicles as needed

Qualifications:Qualifications

Previous valet experience required

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to drive manual transmission

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to operate vehicles of various sizes (including SUVs, large trucks, and auto-drive/luxury vehicles)
Salary : $16
