Mungo Homes is adding a Warranty Service Manager in our Wilmington, NC market! This position is responsible for the on-site review and repair of warranted residential construction. In addition, this position assists with the administration of warranty orders by processing and closing tickets, reviewing reports and following up on tickets as necessary to assure timely completion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned) Meets with homeowners to determine needed repairs and verify warranty claim. Supervises subcontractors on scheduled appointments. Insures the protection of area of the home being worked on as well as surrounding areas. Makes sure work areas are cleaned prior to leaving home. Participates in Customer Service follow-up with homeowners. Works with Production Management and other departments to resolve problems and coordinate activities. Evaluates project costs and maintains budgets. Completes all inspections required paperwork, including scheduling and payment approvals. Reviews warranty reports and follows up on repairs to insure timely completion. Works with sub-contractors when necessary. Closes out orders in the computer to maintain accurate records. Conforms with all safety rules and uses all appropriate safety equipment. Maintain clean, well organized work area.
