Mungo Homes has an opening for a Design Specialist in our Wilmington, NC office! This position is responsible for meeting with all home buyers to complete detail selections, colors, and options on their homes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned) Coordinate aesthetic aspects of the home based on the client’s vision and sense of style. Educate buyers on the nature of the products they are selecting to ensure compatibility with their lifestyle. Offer upgrades, within the confines of a client’s budget, to achieve a desired function or flair. Enter selections and upgrades into the company’s operating system to ensure they are communicated to the field and office staff. Process necessary paperwork to implement selections and change orders. Focus on the task at hand to complete selections within the allotted appointment times. Promptly schedule Design Center appointments to prevent delays in construction completion. Update displays and maintain product knowledge. Provide an exciting and pleasant overall customer experience.
