3 Smokes Manager Job Description

Job Description:

The Manager will work with the Director of Operations and other leadership to assist in the day to day operations of 3 Smokes Dispensary and maintain store goals, protocols, policies, and procedures per company standards.

• Manages daily cash handling procedures, including high volume deposits, shadowing, and monitoring transactions, including new hire training, handling discrepancies, and approval of Team Member purchases.
• Ensures proper opening and closing procedures are followed, including assigning Team Members and Leads task lists and ensuring completion.
• Maintains adherence to Company presentation, branding, and merchandising standards; ensures the retail environment's cleanliness.
• Coaches employees in Company policies and procedures, provide growth and learning opportunities to employees, and assists with conflict resolution.
• Maintains professional communication with Team Members, Management, and other Departments as needed.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of industry rules and regulations to uphold compliance standards.
• Assesses sales floor flow and inventory needs; audits and monitors high-volume regulated inventory.
• Performs data analytics to compare sales and inventory, i.e., pivot tables, to assess trends and project future needs.
• Holds Team Members and Leads accountable, fosters a teamwork environment, identifies coaching opportunities and improvement areas.
• Maintains compliance with state regulations and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ensures a secure facility and makes sure all Team Members comply with established safety and security procedures.
• Holds Team Members accountable for maintaining equipment and software and ensuring proper use during shift.
• Assists with other management tasks such as scheduling, managing time-off requests, supervising Team Members, and other duties assigned by the Dispensary Manager.

Job Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Able to periodically bend, reach, and squat.
• Able to physically lift at least 30 lbs.
• Job Qualifications:
• At least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• U.S. resident with a current state-issued driver's license.
• Able to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass all background checks per state regulations.
• Cannabis knowledge required.
• Organization and planning skills.

• Full-time, up to 40 hours each week.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
