Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located at 3 Pillar Homes in Powell, OH. The Job Title will support the planning and delivery of custom home projects, collaborating closely with internal teams, trade partners, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating project activities, maintaining detailed documentation, communicating timelines and updates, and addressing questions or issues that arise during design and construction. The individual in this role will help uphold company standards for honor, quality, and design by following established processes and contributing to continuous improvement. This position requires consistent on-site presence to engage with team members, visit project locations as needed, and support an excellent client experience.
