Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and provide engaging, informative tastings of our products

- Promote sales by recommending products based on guest preferences and encouraging purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collect guest feedback to improve service quality and product offerings
- Support event setups and assist with special promotions or seasonal activities
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
