We are a unique retail destination in Destin offering the best of both worlds—half of our store is dedicated to local and regional wines, while the other half is a vibrant, fun-filled candy shop. We create a welcoming, high-energy environment where guests can sip, sample, and satisfy their sweet tooth all in one place.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for friendly, outgoing team members who enjoy working with people and creating memorable customer experiences. If you love wine, sweets, or just making people smile, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conduct wine tastings and educate guests on local/regional selections
- Help customers select wines and candy products
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and visually appealing
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory
- Maintain a fun and inviting atmosphere for all guests
Qualifications:
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn about wine (training provided)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light inventory
