3-Dimensional Services Group is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator for 1st shift for our Lapeer location.
Job Purpose: To make quality parts for customers; by operating press brake machines to shape various types of metal.

Job Purpose: To make quality parts for customers; by operating press brake machines to shape various types of metal.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Can setup bystronic and or Trumpf press brake WITHOUT assistance including pulling in offline program, loading tools, processing a part through the entire program and making corrections to angles and back gauges to meet the programmed values.
- More experienced with blueprints and able to avoid problems with jobs including cad/print not matching and hole sizes that will receive weld nuts and clinch nuts that sometimes need specific sizes that are not always clearly identified.
- Requests 3-axis blanks from laser as needed for samples and or orders to be cut.
- Works with team leader or level 3 group member to make changes to part development or program according to inspection or in process checks.
- Can setup and make a program for an accurpress safely by selecting proper tooling for metal thickness and radius needed.
- Operating a HILO to transport material for various reasons
- Follow required PPE, and all Company and Safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 2 – years work experience required
- Time management skills
- Self-Motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Works well in a team environment
