Description
3-Dimensional Services Group is currently seeking a Junior Program Manager for first shift, for our Rochester Hills location.
Job Purpose: To ensure each program stays within the timing and budget that is quoted to the customer, communicate with management and sales departments, work with the customer on updating timelines and to make sure the customer needs are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Send communications and updates on the program to customer. Including monitoring and communicating timing in customer portal, and working with customer on timing discrepancies.
- Collaborating with shop leaders and management on design, timing and cost.
- Assists in Developing and creating documentation for program. Including traveler folders, customer-specific training, work-instructions, process sheets, pictures, inspection reports, and fixture design.
- Assists in responding to quality alerts and working with inspection and shop leaders on root cause of quality issues. Develop solutions to quality issues and keeping the customer informed on those solutions.
- Work with Quality Engineers on certifications, documentation, training and audits.
- Working as the liaison with our customer and sales; understanding we are tasked with offering our services and extending our capabilities to the customer in order to encourage them to work with us on future programs. Must have a good understanding of our capabilities and knowing what we can provide customer from a manufacturing standpoint.
- Follow required PPE, and all Company and Safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Special Knowledge:
- College Degree in related field
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
- 3 – years work experience
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Self-Motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Works well in a team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
