3&D Personal Training is a Delaware-based fitness company focused on longevity training for adults 40 and older. We’ve been in business for over 5 years, and we are the first 100% small-group personal training facility in Delaware.

Your Role as an Assistant Coach will include:
Consistent Coaching hours and schedule
All of our coaches have a consistent schedule, including days and hours. We will not change your hours without speaking with you, and you will have the same schedule each week.
Consistent Members and sessions
Your number one responsibility is to be the best coach possible, and you’ll spend the majority of your time coaching. The workouts will be programmed months in advance. We have a cleaning staff, and the facility leader will bring in the new members.
Consistent and guaranteed paycheck
Given your consistent schedule, the assistant coach will have a consistent bi-weekly paycheck.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of coaching
- Bachelor’s degree in a fitness-related field (e.g., Kinesiology, Exercise Science, etc)
- Certifications such as CSCS, CFSC, NASM, ACSM, or ACE (preferred)
- CPR/AED certification (required)
Schedule/Time:
- Part-time
- Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM
