What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Softball Coach position at Kennett High School?
Position is for remainder of the 2026 Season effective Immediately. Supplemental will be prorated accordingly.
Successful candidates should believe in the importance of the impact of extra-curricular activities in a child's K-12 experience.
Preferred:
- Prior coaching experience
- Bilingual candidates
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of sport
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to give clear direction
- Ability to take direction and redirection
- Must be interested in supporting and working with all student-athletes

The successful candidate will be required to participate in all training as required by PIAA.
Salary stipend is in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Kennett Consolidated School Board and the Kennett Education Association.
