The Role
We are looking for a Talent Partner to help drive recruiting efforts across accounting and finance roles. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the corporate environment who is interested in building a career in recruiting.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging finance talent, managing candidate relationships, and supporting active searches from start to finish.
This is a fully remote role and requires someone who is self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and engage accounting and finance professionals across various industries
- Conduct outreach, screening calls, and manage candidate relationships
- Partner with internal team members to understand client needs and search priorities
- Help manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through
- Build pipelines of talent across accounting, FP&A, tax, and finance leadership roles
- Leverage tools (including AI-driven tools) to improve sourcing, outreach, and workflow efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in a corporate or professional environment (finance, accounting, consulting, operations, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- High level of ownership and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Naturally curious, proactive, and resourceful
- Interest in leveraging AI tools and modern technology to improve productivity
- Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation
Competitive base salary performance-based incentives/commission
Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
