- Manage a team of fund accountants, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency.
- Review financial statements and NAV calculations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Participate in onboarding of new funds and stay current on industry trends.
