A high-growth investment advisory company is seeking a management company level Senior Accountant. This role will focus on financial reporting, debt compliance, affiliates and owner entities, and distributions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review JEs and recons for management company and affiliate entities
- Support financial reporting, including consolidations, debt compliance packages, and internal reporting
- Manage intercompany balances, allocations, and recons across entities
- Assist with quarterly income and expense allocations and related journal entries
- Prepare and support quarterly distributions to owners and flowthrough entities
- Prepare and analyze quarterly Budget vs. Actual (BvA) reports for all departments, coordinating with department heads and finance leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- In-house accounting experience required; Financial Services/RIA/Partnership structure experience a plus
- Strong understanding of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
