RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with internal teams to produce in-house construction budgets and forecasts
Create, maintain, and analyze project cost reports for multiple active developments
Deliver consistent and timely financial reporting on project performance
Collaborate closely with Finance to align construction reporting with corporate financial goals
Review and validate change orders and cost impacts on projects under construction
Support strategic decision-making through accurate cost modeling and risk assessment
QUALIFICATIONS
Deep experience in construction finance, estimating, and cost controls
Proven experience managing budgets for complex, large-scale commercial or retail projects
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally as a strong business partner
