Job Responsibilities*
- Responsible for all aspects of Company operations including but not limited to: landscape operations, profitability, administrative tasks;
- Ensures that field operations maximize the efficient use of crew labor hours, all related equipment scheduling, and ordering of materials;
- Completion all paperwork (e.g., job costs, job quality, managerial reports) and using the company software effectively;
- Maintain quality control for all company projects;
- Communicate directly with field employees, vendors, and customers to promote efficiency, teamwork, and an effective landscape service delivery system; and
- Increase customers’ awareness of the many additional services offered by 3 Bears Landscaping, LLC. (e.g., design-build, landscape enhancements, and snow removal).
- Ability to read plans labeled with scaled measurements and elevations.
- Operate a skid Loader, saw(s), edging machines, compactors, and other pertinent machinery experience is mandatory.
- Ability to assist in the management of client needs.
Requirements
- Five years of professional experience involving operational leadership in the landscape industry that demonstrates a detailed work ethic that blends customer satisfaction with business acumen.
- Focused on achieving personal, professional, and organizational goals.
- Clean driving record,
- Well-organized, flexibility when confronted with changing business demands, and a pragmatic ability to solve problems.
Pay
Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually based on background and experience.
